Project Description:

This 35 G.P.M. Industrial Reverse Osmosis System is comprised of 12 housings with 3 membranes per housing, for a total of 36 Reverse Osmosis membranes. This large Industrial Reverse Osmosis System utilizes a 7.5 HP jet pump to increase the flow rate of feed water through the Reverse Osmosis membranes. A clean in place automated system ensures that the Reverse Osmosis membranes remain sanitary and in good shape. In addition to the Industrial Reverse Osmosis System, significant Pretreatment had to be installed and commissioned. This included Carbon Filters, Water Softeners, Ultraviolet Disinfection and Sediment Filtration.

Application:

Onbelay Automotive Coatings Corp. specializes in Automotive Powder and E-Coating specifically for steel, casting parts and other auto parts. Reverse Osmosis and Deionized water is an integral component of the production process for these automotive parts. The Industrial Reverse Osmosis System is utilized to supply permeate water for rinsing purposes prior to the oven bake procedure of this parts.

This elaborate Commercial System was established to entirely eradicate the contaminants found in the feed water in this restaurant in London, ON. Well water in those areas contains a significant amount of hardness causing ions such as Calcium and Magnesium, bacteria, parasites, viruses and other microorganisms that need to be removed

Application:

Seven Dwarfs utilized the variety of Water Treatment Equipment to improve the taste, colour, odour and overall quality of water served to customers. This significantly helped day-to-day operations as far as customer satisfaction was concerned.

Project Description:

This 7.5 gpm industrial reverse osmosis system setup is actually comprised of two smaller, 3.75 gpm, commercial reverse osmosis systems accompanied by a commercial carbon filter & twin-alternating water softener for continuous flow. The industrial reverse osmosis system at ABC Electro Powdercoating Limited is supported by two 1 HP water booster pumps. This client opted for the recommended pretreatment measures, and has benefited immensely by choosing to have them incorporated as part of the industrial reverse osmosis system setup.

Application:

ABC Electro Powdercoating Limited specializes in the powdercoating of steel & cast iron parts for automotive and manufacturing use. Reverse osmosis or deionized water is a critical part of the powdercoating application as it makes for a effective pre-coating rinse. In such applications, city/municipal supply water would result in shoddy powdercoating, since there would be many visible and aesthetic blemishes with the applied paint.

Project Description:

At TRQSS Inc., Viridian Water Systems installed a 0.5 gpm commercial reverse osmosis system, pre-treated by a commercial water softener (simplex commercial water softener), sediment filters & carbon block cartridge filters. This client also required a post reverse osmosis mixed bed water deionization polisher, which further reduces TDS/conductivity & increases permeate water resistivity. The commercial reverse osmosis system is supplemented by a control system including product & drain water valves, flow meters & pressure auto-shut off components.

Application:

TRQSS requires low conductivity, deionized water for lab testing purposes. Viridian Water Systems provides clients with operation manuals as well as flow diagrams for maintenance & general upkeep of the system.
